When you register for an event or join our community:

  • Job title and company
  • LinkedIn profile (if provided)
  • Any other details you choose to share at registration

When you visit our website:

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Browser type and device info
  • Basic analytics via Google Analytics
  • Cookies via Cookies Script

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

  • Send event invitations and attendee communications
  • Share community updates and our newsletter
  • Improve our events and member experience
  • Inform you about relevant opportunities and offers

Our basis is either your consent (where required) or our legitimate interest in running a professional community.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We only share it in these limited cases:

  • With event platforms (Luma), email tools (Luma), survey tools (Tally, Survicate), storage and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion)  that help us operate — they process data on our behalf under strict commitments. 
  • Basic profile info (name, title, company) may appear in event attendee lists or be visible to verified members and partners. We'll always let you know in advance.

5. Data retention

Here's how long we keep your data:

  • We retain data while you're an active community member
  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
  • Some records may be kept longer if required by law
